I have lived in Bonham since I was four years old! I attended Bailey Inglish, I.W. Evans, L.H. Rather Junior High School, and Bonham High School.  Upon graduation, I attended Grayson County College in Denison, Texas.  I later attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.  Finally, I attended Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas.

I received my Associate of Science in Liberal Arts from Grayson County College.  I received my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University. I have received my Gifted and Talented Certification and my English as a Second Language Certification.

I attend several workshops each school year to continue growing as an educator.
